All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

4 to 6 weeks for orders of 4 or more pieces

2 to 3 weeks for orders of 1 to 3 pieces

These are approximate times and may vary depending on the factory's order volume.

3. Packaging and Security

Our cymbals are shipped with heavy-duty protective packaging and reinforced double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes to prevent deformation or cracking of the edges during transit.

4. Coverage and Tracking

Areas: International.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package in real time.

5. Damage During Transport

If you receive the package with visible damage due to mishandling, please take photographs before opening it and then check the condition of the merchandise. If it has also been damaged, contact us immediately to assess the situation.
